The following is a list of West Michigan therapy providers who are collaborating with Family Hope Foundation to provide therapy to our scholarship recipients. Each provider meets our Provider Guidelines and signs a Community Partnership Agreement with Family Hope Foundation for delivery of service to our families.
1 Plus 1 Therapy LLC
Type of Therapy(ies) Provided: 1 Plus 1 is focused on the philosophy of intensive physical therapy vs. traditional PT methods. Our intensive treatment plans are centered around 1-3 hours of PT for 3-4 weeks and achieving specific short term goals in order to reach the long term goals. Hope Network - The Center for Autism
Type of Therapy(ies) Provided: The Center for Autism is a multi-disciplinary outpatient treatment program serving children and adults with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. We provide early intervention and treatment, education and support for families of those affected by these conditions.
