“I am beyond grateful for the vast resources Family Hope Foundation provides and am thankful to be a partner.”

Foundation is a keyword in our organization’s name. One of the primary ways we have built a strong foundation is through the community partnerships we have formed with therapy providers across West Michigan.

When we launched our organization in 2010, we entered into a formal partnership with five therapy providers. With each new scholarship cycle, our network of partners rapidly expanded. Throughout the years, this collaboration has earned Family Hope Foundation the WOOD-TV 8’s Connecting with Community award, MiBiz’s Best Managed Nonprofit honor and the Lakeshore Disability Network’s Ability award. Recipients of these distinctions are dedicated to working together to significantly impact our community.

Fast forward to 2022, and our network of valued partners has expanded to sixty-four. Each provider offers a unique philosophy and access to a wide range of therapy options. They are committed to excellence. By partnering with therapy providers, we can collectively offer the best possible opportunities for the children we serve through our Scholarship Program. Says executive director Jane Eppard, “Our partners are truly an extension of our organization. They are a large part of our infrastructure. Since day one, collaboration has been a core value for the organization and is embedded into everything we do. Our Community Partnership Program is a shining example, and this collaboration continues to fuel success.”

Launch Pediatric joined our network of providers in 2021. Owner Jennifer Bastian shares, “I became a pediatric physical therapist because of my passion for helping children live their healthiest, richest lives through movement, play, and contribution to their world. Because Launch Pediatric collaborates with Family Hope Foundation, I can provide families who face financial barriers the opportunity to apply for scholarships and access therapy that could be out of their reach. I am beyond grateful for the vast resources Family Hope Foundation provides and am thankful to be a partner.”

Family Hope Foundation is collecting KINDNESS.

At Family Hope Foundation, hope is who we are, and our hope this Giving Tuesday season is to collect and spread KINDNESS. KINDNESS is free—something everyone can afford and something everyone needs.

We have an ask—over these next 10 weeks, we’d like YOU to help us spread the gift of KINDNESS. There are approximately 70 days until Giving Tuesday. It’s our goal to fill our KINDNESS Meter with YOUR stories or acts of KINDNESS.
