Family Hope Foundation | Therapy Scholarships

Our therapy scholarship program eliminates barriers by providing financial assistance to families so they can access critical therapies.

We have two scholarship cycles, one in the spring and one in the fall, in which families can apply for scholarships up to $1,000. Families may apply during one or both of our scholarship cycles.

Applicants must live in one of the identified eleven counties.
Scholarship Guidelines MUST be read thoroughly prior to completing the application. Applications that do not follow the Scholarship Guidelines will not be considered for funding.
Spring Cycle: applications may be submitted beginning February 1 and are due no later than midnight on March 1. All applicants will be notified by May 1 of their scholarship status.

Fall Cycle: applications may be submitted beginning August 1 and are due no later than midnight on September 1. All applicants will be notified by November 1 of their scholarship status.

Applications submitted before the start of a scholarship cycle or after the deadline will not be accepted.

Frequently Asked Scholarship Questions

For our Fall Cycle, applicants will be notified of their award status on or by November 1st. For our Spring Cycle, applicants will be notified of their award status on or by May 1st.

We require an explanation of benefits, a screenshot of what your insurance does and does not cover, or a denial letter.

If you have previously received a Family Hope Foundation scholarship, you are still required to submit all of the documentation for the current scholarship.

If you receive a scholarship, a scholarship committee member will contact you within a few days of receiving your scholarship award letter. Please correspond with your designated scholarship committee member with all of your questions.

Reminder: Family Hope Foundation scholarship funds cannot be used for past-due balances, respite-type activities, evaluations, missed appointment fees, or medical procedures.
