The team at Roots and Wings Therapies consists of two experienced Occupational Therapists who share a space with partner and Speech Language Pathologist, Headstrong SLP. It is our mission to design individualized, family centered and relationship-based interventions that are collaborative, comprehensive, and convenient for families seeking both services. 

Our therapists are trained in the use of sensory integrative treatment and modalities, DIR/Floortime, Theraplay, Trust Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI), Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S) Feeding, Handwriting without Tears, self-regulation programs including Zones of Regulation, ALERT program and the Interoception Curriculum, Positive Discipline and the Collaborative Problem Solving approach, social skills programs including Social Stories and Social Thinking Curriculums, motor skills interventions, Trauma Informed Care and more.
